Nos commanditaires / 2023 / Sponsors

A big thank you to all our sponsors support in helping us with our fundraising events this season. We would not have been able to do it without you.

What happens at the BYC?

We are focused on all aspects of sailing. We offer award winning “Learn to Sail” programs in the summer for both children and adults. Our members participate in both Racing and Cruising.  The facilities and social aspects of the BYC are some of the finest in Montreal.

Boating activity on the Club property dates back to 1810. The property passed through several hands and In 1966 the property was deeded to the City of Beaconsfield. The facility is now managed by the Beaconsfield Yacht Club on behalf of the City. The Club operations and infrastructure maintenance are funded via membership fees. Membership is open to all.

The Beaconsfield Yacht Club is located only 20 kilometers from downtown Montreal, at the east end of Beaconsfield on the edge of Pointe Claire Village. The Club overlooks much of Lake St-Louis, and enjoys deep, safe water at the harbour mouth. The Club has facilities for 240 members, including space in the harbour for 160 boats and storage for 80 more small boats on the shore.

The club has been rated at “3 anchors” by L’association maritime du Québec.
